Technical Support Officer (Banking & Automation)
Based in Malta and reporting to the Lead Technical Support Officers, the selected candidate will be part of a team responsible for installations, repair and maintenance of cash management devices, including but not limited to Automated Teller Machines, Teller cash recyclers, bulk deposit machines, note counters and coin counters. The selected candidate will also be involved in further technologies such as point of sale systems.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of one year’s experience in a technical role. At least one of the below mentioned qualifications or equivalent is required:
- National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- National Diploma in Electronic Engineering
- National Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering
- National Diploma in Micro Computers
The selected candidate will be customer-focused, pro-active and able to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Attention to detail and a can-do attitude are required for the position being offered. Moreover, a valid, clean, driving license is required.
