Stores and Administration Executive

APCO Limited is seeking to recruit a Stores and Administration Executive to join its team.

THE POSITION

Based in Malta and reporting to the Administration Team, the Stores and Administration Executive raises purchase orders and invoices, assists with online orders, sales invoice processes and quotes. The role involves responsibility for stock taking in liaison with the finance and sales teams, van stock analysis, handling delivery orders and order lists, and supervising stores operations.

THE REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a stores environment. Knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office Applications, clean police conduct, and a valid driving licence are required.

Knowledge of load handling, lifting techniques, recycling legislation, H&S regulations, and administrative procedures are desirable.

The candidate should be customer-focused, pro-active, attentive to detail and able to work effectively in a team environment.
