Based in Malta and working within the Administration team at Apco Limited, the Office Administrator will be responsible for delivering administrative support including but not limited to: being the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, assigning tasks to the team of technicians as required as well as assisting with stock management. The Office Administrator shall professionally interact with customers; duties shall include opening and closing of calls, handling customer complaints and/or queries and providing support in a professional, efficient manner.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and energetic administration professional with a ‘can do attitude and a hands-on approach.
The prospective employee will ideally possess a minimum of one years’ experience in a similar administrative role, be highly proficient in Microsoft office tools, including outlook and excel. S/he will possess a high level of interpersonal and communication skills and be able to discuss technical matters with clients in non-technical language. A good command of both spoken and written Maltese and English would be considered an asset. The chosen candidate shall adopt a proactive approach with an aptitude to learn and be able to multitask in a dynamic environment, whilst working under pressure.
